Meet George. One solid wad of awesomeness. George’s owner noticed that he was just not quite acting like his ol’ self. He was stretching more, which was unusual for him and so she decided something must be hurting. She took him to see her veterinarian who agreed that George may be having some back pain and discomfort. George was referred to WagHab for an evaluation and treatment.
It is hard not to smile when I see George come in that door! After his evaluation, his treatment plan included massage, traction, laser therapy, and underwater treadmill.
Our goals were to lose weight, increase exercise tolerance, and increase overall comfort.
George has responded wonderfully and fully enjoys his sessions. The biggest issue is that he just wants to stare right into my eyes and breathe right in my face which can make working on his back a wee bit difficult! You have to love that face!
